I was dissapointed that Kindle Fire does not include a SD slot

Do not be overexcited by the Kindle Fire, as it is definitely not the best product that has been made available on the market. There are some excellent devices on the market, which the Kindle Fire is apparently copying.

For instance, the Noble Color Nook and the Barnes with twice of the storage with the extra storage slot. The Barnes costs about $50, while the Color Nook is about $199 and are both better than the Kindle Fire. Normally, both devices should be able to provide sufficient storage for most customers.

Still, with the Kindle Fire you can’t store numerous movies on the device and download a high number of apps. If you need a lot of space for apps and a lot of movies, you should go with the Nook Tablet, as its storage can be extended with the SD card slot. Kindle Fire does not include any SD slot.

Although it is not a significant feature, but the Kindle Fire has no built-in microphone, though the Nook Tablet does. Anyway, you don’t have to agree with me, but take a look at the Kindle Fire, handle it if you can and make an honest comparison to the Color Nook. I am sure that you will quickly realize which is the better product.
